On Time Delivery

I am happy to say that Sears arrived today within the time frame that they gave me for the delivery of my new washing machine.

Too bad when they took the washer out of the box, the side and the back were all crushed in. (Note to warehouse staff ... be careful when using a clamp truck that you don't squash the merchandise! We aren't talking about Charmin here, washers are not "squeezable")

Now I'm waiting on Sears to call back to tell me when they can try to deliver an un-crushed washer. I already lost a 1/2 day of work today. Hopefully they can redeliver on Saturday!
